Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed within 1 business day after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays

  • Processing times may be longer during peak periods, promotional events, stock transfers, or other unforeseen circumstances

  • Dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Australia only.

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes (Unless Weather Shields or small items)

  • Parcel Lockers (Unless Weather Shields or small items)

  • Freight forwarders

  • International addresses (Unless Weather Shields or small items)

Please ensure your shipping address is a valid physical address where delivery can be accepted.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

Some oversized, bulky, or long items may incur additional freight charges, especially for deliveries to remote, regional, or hard-to-service areas, including but not limited to parts of WA, NT, Far North QLD, and regional SA.

If your delivery address falls within a remote area, we reserve the right to contact you for an additional freight payment before dispatching your order. If the additional freight is not accepted, the order may be cancelled and refunded.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

Large / Bulky Items 6–15 business days

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather events, peak periods, regional access limitations, or other circumstances outside our control.

Authority to Leave / Signature on Delivery

Where possible, shipments may be sent with Authority to Leave. However, the courier may still require a signature on delivery at their discretion.

If no one is available to accept the parcel and a signature is required, the parcel may be redirected to the nearest courier depot, collection point, or post office.

Any costs associated with re-delivery, reconsignment, storage, or collection delays are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a delivery address that is attended during business hours.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of placing the order.

This includes:

  • full name

  • street address

  • suburb

  • postcode

  • contact number

  • business name (if shipping to a business address)

If an order is returned to sender due to:

  • incorrect address

  • incomplete delivery information

  • failed delivery attempts

  • parcel not collected in time

the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and any cost to re-send the parcel will be charged to the customer.

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to change the shipping address in time before dispatch.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we may need to lodge an investigation with the courier.

Courier investigations can take time, and delays caused by the courier are outside our direct control. We will assist where possible, but we do not guarantee immediate resolution timeframes.

Warehouse Pickup

Local warehouse pickup may be available in Sydney for selected orders by prior arrangement only.

Please contact us before attending for pickup. Orders cannot be collected until you have received confirmation that the item is ready.

  • We reserve the right to choose the most suitable courier for each order

  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if shipping is unavailable, uneconomical, or restricted for the delivery address
